The Ambitious Quest to Turn Ethiopia Into an Islamic State

Posted by Ethio Tribune on August 12, 2013

Several international reports have recently unveiled plans by the radical Wahabi Muslim sect to turn Ethiopia into an Islamic state, governed by Sharia laws. Wahabi sect is an ultra-conservative branch of Sunni Islam sect from Saudi Arabia.

The doctrine strives to purify Islamic beliefs and rejects any innovation occurring after the 3rd century of Islam; “Osama bin Laden is said to be a Wahhabi Muslim”

According to The trumpet daily, Ethiopia would eventually turn radical and ally itself with Iran—this despite the fact that the majority of Ethiopia is Christian.

Today, tensions in Ethiopia between the Muslim minority and Christian majority have greatly escalated since the death of Ethiopia’s last prime minister, Meles Zenawi. Please watch trumpet daily’s documentary below(awraba times editor’s note)
